Minister Delegate for Sports Roxana Maracineanu left little hope on Sunday that the match between France and Ukraine at the end of March will allow the public to return to the Stade de France, as the French Football Federation (FFF) hoped with a gauge of 30% of spectators.

"The (health) situation is complicated, for 20 departments, there will probably be curfews on weekends, there will be difficulties in exercising a practice, we cannot immediately speak of gauge or return of the public in the stadiums ”, declared Roxana Maracineanu on Europe 1.

"We will have to wait, we have started today experiments in certain cultural and sporting places, we have to come up with protocols which involve all the new possible crisis management technologies", she continued. .

“Little by little, when we can resume, these are the protocols that will apply to professional clubs and when the France team will play,” insisted the former world swimming champion.

The Groupama Stadium intends to test the experience

Regarding the experiments for the return of the public to the stadiums, the Minister recalled that the question of the place and the framework of these experiments "is not yet decided".

"It will be up to Health to draw up the specifications, this is what will interest the health authorities, it will be a very specific audience, it will not be the all-rounder since there are legal and logistical concepts", she clarified.

In the cultural sector, test concerts with audiences in Marseille and Paris are already planned for March and April, if the context allows.

In football, Olympique Lyonnais volunteered to do the same in their stadium.
