Since her comeback, Sandra Näslund has taken World Cup gold and her first victory in the World Cup for the season.
Today she had a chance to take her third straight victory.
After winning both the quarterfinals and the semifinals, she was placed with the winter giant Fanny Smith in the final.
Näslund got the best start and led large parts of the run, but got a few misses in the last jumps.
Behind came Fanny Smith with high speed and a few meters before the finish line she slipped past the Swede and snatched the victory with a better finish.
