Today she struck and won the downhill race in Val di Fassa, Italy.

It was her first downhill win of the season.

Gut-Behrami leads the overall world cup.

Slovakia's Petra Vlhova, who was at the top of the overall World Cup until last Friday, finished in twelfth place.

She was 1.29 after Gut-Behrami.

Corinne Suter, Switzerland, finished second.

German Kira Weidle finished third.
