Quintana suffered a sudden cardiac arrest during training with the club team Porto on Monday and was taken to hospital.
On Friday, he was pronounced dead.

You will be remembered as one of our own, a real dragon (Porto's nickname).
May you rest in peace ", Porto writes in a statement on Twitter.
