According to an investigation by the Compliance Committee, All Japan Judo Federation reportedly had complaints such as being severely abused by employees and being asked to work outside of working hours.



On the other hand, executives have consistently denied power harassment.



In November last year, the Compliance Committee summarized the results of the investigation and left it to Chairman Yamashita to take action, and Chairman Yamashita decided to listen to the defense of executives in accordance with the work regulations before deciding whether to dispose of it. The executive then retired last month for personal reasons.
