Historically we have accepted them, which ensured the presence of 16 clubs in the RPL.

These obligations were fulfilled, there were not so many cases when problems arose, as with "Tambov" - this is a bad story.

We will continue to work to tighten the financial requirements for licensing.

- What specific measures will be taken?

- Certain decisions were made in December.

By the beginning of the new licensing procedure, more stringent requirements are being discussed in order to avoid such situations: letters of guarantee will not be enough, it will be necessary to provide contracts with the authorities and sponsors.

From a monitoring point of view, we are introducing the "club's online budget" module, clubs will upload data, and monthly checks will be carried out.

I consider it advisable to toughen the punishment for the leaders of clubs who act adventurously, up to a lifelong suspension from football.

- Don't you think that the composition of the RFU licensing commission today does not meet the tasks assigned to it and requires revision?

- Personnel changes have already been made.

Any change is the path of evolution.

In this case, the composition was updated.

But we cannot dictate to the leagues who they want to include in the commissions.

If we talk about quick victories, they are possible, but systematic work should be carried out with the players of the youth teams, the creation of an analytical center is required so that the golden asset during growing up is not lost on the way to adult football ...

- How will the fall of Russia in the UEFA coefficient table affect the chances of the country's national team to rise to sixth place in the FIFA rankings by 2025?

It is clear that there is a connection between them, but it is not direct.

We have tasks that we set for the national team.
