Oskar Svensson, 25, has taken two World Cup victories in sprint this year - and today, when the cross-country WC began, it was just sprint on the schedule.

- I have been looking forward to this.

But in the qualifiers I will take it easy, or I will not stress and do something stupid, Svensson told SVT Sport before the qualifiers started.

And calmly he took it.

Oskar Svensson is currently in 26th place in the qualifiers and it is still unclear whether the Swede will advance to the final heat.

- Oskar can be a little lazy sometimes.

He must not be too cool and calm, says Mathias Fredriksson in Vinterstuidon.

Marcus Grate will be the best Swede in the qualifiers - he is currently in 15th place.

Norwegian Johannes Hösflot Kläbo did not surprisingly win the qualifier.
