Mustafa said in a statement to (Agence France-Presse) that "the head of the competitions committee of the German World Cup, Dietrich Speeter, had observed the president of the Egyptian Federation during the tournament from the medical bubble several times and invited a large number of people to attend the matches with special invitations, in violation of that agreed medical protocol Before the start of the tournament, and almost issued a decision to suspend him during the tournament, and I intervened to stop the decision after the end of the tournament to avoid a crisis during it.

The president of the International Federation confirmed that "there is a list for the world championship that was held in Egypt, which is the first championship of the International Federation in the era of the Corona virus, and therefore there were warnings to officials that in the event of a medical bubble penetration, strict decisions will be taken."
