The alarm clock is ringing.

Time to get up.

Prof. Dr.

Bernd Kladny is chief physician in the orthopedics and trauma surgery department at the Herzogenaurach specialist clinic.

In an interview with WELT, the 59-year-old doctor reveals how you can train your neck for the stresses of everyday life.

"One thing is important to me on this subject," he says: "There are many causes of pain in the neck and shoulder area, but you shouldn't use as many methods to counteract it during treatment."

Many small techniques and adjustments in everyday life would help.
