It was just before the half-time break that Östersund's Isak Ssewankambo would hit a corner.

But instead he went up to a fence where a group of spectators gathered.

Ssewankambo later said in an interview with Cmore that someone in the audience made a shout and a heated discussion broke out.

After the match, both clubs were quick to condemn the incident and work to sort out the situation began.

- We obviously started to create an image of what has actually happened after the match yesterday.

What this Östersund player has perceived, says Landskrona's club manager Michel Ekberg to SVT Sport.

Several people have contacted the club

They worked together with Östersund, the football association and the supporter police who were on site immediately after the match.

The work then continued on Monday.

- We try to really form an opinion about what is true and not true.

Because there is a very large discrepancy between those who stood outside the fence and number eight in Östersund who were inside, says Ekberg.

- Many individuals from the group closest to this incident have contacted us and are appalled that they get a stamp that they are racists.

None of them recognize themselves in this picture presented.

The police have not heard anything

But they have not yet been in contact with all the people in the group.

- The police who are connected to the situation, behind the group, have not heard anything either and the assistant judge has not heard it.

We're really trying to figure out who it could be.

We have to get the picture.

We are identifying the people and getting in touch with those who have not already contacted us and left their picture of it.

"It's just going away"

The situation is special because the incident technically takes place outside the club's area, which means that the club will probably not be punished.

- In this case, it does not matter.

Racism should not occur.

If it is the case that racist remarks have been expressed to number eight in Östersund, then I shit whether it is inside the fence or inside.

It's not okay anyway, it's just going away.

- I can promise that if we identify someone who expresses themselves racist, I can guarantee that that person will not be associated with Landskrona Bois in the future.

Östersunds FK tells SVT Sport on Monday that they will report the incident to the association.
