- Perhaps the most difficult team selection we have made, says national team coach Mattias Nilsson and justifies the selection:

- In part, it is a shorter distance they will travel, six kilometers.

In terms of skiing, we do not think it will make much difference.

Then we went on the efficiency on the dike where Johanna shoots fast and often well.

The women's team will consist of Johanna Skottheim, Linn Persson, Elvira Öberg and Hanna Öberg and they drive in that order.

- I am very happy and really look forward to driving and getting another opportunity at this championship, says Skottheim.

She continues:

- I look forward to it being shorter and it will be a completely different ride.

I will try to take good backs and try to lie in the field.

The ladies have been on the podium in three of four World Cup relays this season, one victory and two third places.

In the fourth relay, Sweden finished seventh after Elvira Öberg pushed the team away.

On the men's side, Sweden has a first place and a third place in the World Cup so far.

In the World Cup, it will not be completely unexpected that Peppe Femling, Jesper Nelin, Martin Ponsiluoma and Sebastian Samuelsson will try to take home a medal.

"Great chances"

- It will be fun to finish a very successful WC here in Pokljuka with relays and mass starts.

We line up with two strong relay teams tomorrow and also have three ladies and four men to start in the mass starts on Sunday, so there is still a chance for further good Swedish performances before the championship is over, says national team coach Mattias Nilsson in a press release.

The relays are run on Saturday.

The ladies are first out at 11.45 and the men start at 15.00.

Sweden did not take any medals in the relays in the WC 2020 but in 2019 the ladies took silver.
