And what had to happen happened.

While the health bubble around the XV of France was visibly pierced at one point, Antoine Dupont tested positive for Covid-19.

Not really a surprise, as the best French player had shared a long time with Fabien Galthié on Monday in front of a camera to receive the Oscar for the best player of the season.

But the coach himself tested positive on Wednesday, as did William Servat and another member of the management.

If the FFR specifies that Dupont is asymptomatic and is doing well, he is already forfeited for the match on February 28 against Scotland.

The good news, finally, came from the other results, since none of the eleven other French players tested so far has tested positive for Covid.

But there are still nearly twenty results to be formalized.
