Musimani is confident that Al-Ahly will win a bronze medal in the FIFA Clubs World Cup

Pitso Mosimani, coach of the first football team of the Egyptian Al-Ahly Club, said that his team is able to overtake the Brazilian Palmeiras and win the bronze medal in the World Cup, when the two teams meet tomorrow, Thursday, in the match to determine the third and fourth places.

Musimani said at the press conference held today, Wednesday, to talk about the match, that the team needs all its players to face Palmeiras tomorrow, and he will enter the match while he is at the top of focus in order to win the bronze medal.

He added, "We have strong confidence in all the players, and the absence of Hussein Al-Shahat and Mahmoud Kahraba has become a reality, and we are dealing with him by preparing alternatives," noting that what happened on the part of Kahraba and Shahat was not planned, but it happened spontaneously.

On Tuesday, Al-Ahly said on its official website: “The team’s mission received an official notification from the FIFA confirming that Hussain Al-Shahat and Mahmoud Abdel-Moneim Kahraba were deprived of participating in the third and fourth place match between Al-Ahly and Brazilian Palmeras, which is scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday. , Due to the players' lack of commitment to the precautionary measures following the Al-Ahly and Bayern Munich match.

Al-Shahat and Electrified violated the rules of the medical bubble and were isolated from the Al-Ahly mission because they shook hands with the fans of the team during the match between Bayern Munich, the German European champion, yesterday, Monday, in the World Cup semi-final, which ended with Bayern winning 2-0.

Musimane said, "Tomorrow's match will be between the African champion and the South American champion, and everyone here in the world forum will be champions, and then each team will have one goal, which is to win."

He explained, "It is natural for us to mourn the loss against Bayern Munich in the FIFA Club World Cup semi-final, but there is great confidence in Al-Ahly players to win the bronze medal."
