Sharjah player, Khalid Bawazeer, said that he will fight more to maintain his position and place in the team ranks, stressing that their goal as players is to serve the team and reach the championships and podiums, considering that the leader of Al-Wahda team, Ismail Matar, is his role model and his ideal in football. He admires his "charisma", describing his colleague Salem Saleh as one of the best friends to himself, and an old friendship link between them.
