Kristoffer Jakobsen, who yesterday finished third on the same hill, once again made a good first run this morning.

He was eight after the first run, and there were hopes of a top ten placement.

And so it became.

Despite the fact that it looked like Jakobsen took it very carefully, and after a decent start, lost to the lead at every intermediate time, it was a tenth place in the end.

"A little hesitant"

When he finished, he was seventh, and spontaneously exclaimed "No, it was difficult!".

- It was a bit too much safety riding, said SVT Sports expert Pernilla Wiberg after Jakobsen's finish.

- It was a bit of a wait-and-see ride, not that roaring investment that we know he can make.

But it is probably a tactic they have decided on.

Kristoffersen won

But despite Jakobsen's resignation, it was a tenth place overall.

The hill was tracky and basically all the late starting skiers in the second run collapsed in the results list.

The winner was Henrik Kristoffersen, who defended his lead from the first run.

The victory was his second this season, and a nice revenge after yesterday's failure when he branched out already in the second gate.
