William Poromaa, 21, had at best a 15th place in the World Cup before Falun's mass start.
But he made sure to improve today when he drove into eleventh place.
- It was really nice, it was fun to compete today, he says to SVT Sport.
He says that he has learned from the Tour de Ski that he must be later in the field.

- I learned from the tour that you have to be there to be at the end and I succeeded today.
