Färjestad can start looking upwards in the SHL table again.

Against Örebro, the chain with Jacob Nilsson, Michael Lindqvist and Per Åslund made one of the season's best efforts.

After eleven goalless matches, Lindqvist took the match to extra time with his 3-3 goal - and then decided the penalty.

- Nice to crack the target drought.

I must have had four, five in the frame at the end.

Now it bounces in instead, the match hero tells C More.

Örebro clearly started best and received a dividend more or less immediately through Emil Larsson.

"About time"

But Örebro lost the initiative and suddenly it was Färjestad who nailed themselves in the attack zone and after two flying attacks, the home team had turned to 2-1 in a little more than two minutes.

First, Michael Lindqvist chose the oblique inward backward option, which gave Jacob Nilsson the position that gave 1-1.

Then both Lindqvist and Nilsson made smart passes before Per Åslund cut with one of the season's hardest shots and put 2-1.

- It was about time.

It has been a bit like that on my part but today it is better, says Nilsson to C More.

Effective powerplay

Örebro came back in the third period and showed new efficiency in powerplay.

Tonight's third chance gave the second goal when points king Robin Kovacs found the right from the right technical circle.

Daniel Muzito Bagenda then made it 3-2 for Örebro before Michael Lindqvist equalized - the former goal king's first full hit in a month and a half and Färjestad then won 4-3 after penalties.
