He is back !

After Tessa Worley's first victory in an eternity at Kronplatz a few days ago, Clément Noël has in turn won his first victory for a year on the Chamonix slalom.

Under heavy rain, the Vosges, third at the end of the first round, beat the Swiss Ramon Zenhäusern by 16 hundredths and the Austrian Marco Schwarz by 19 hundredths.

Also involved in the slalom, Alexis Pinturault for his part ranked 8th, a place he already occupied at the end of the first round.

The Frenchman is still the leader of the World Cup standings with a comfortable margin over his pursuers Marco Odermatt and Marco Schwarz.
