[Explanation] Recently, the National Speed Skating Stadium completed the first ice-making work on the speed skating track, marking that the National Speed Skating Stadium officially has the conditions for the test competition.
During the Beijing Winter Olympics, speed skating competitions will be held here, and 14 gold medals will be born here.
On January 28, a reporter from China News Agency came to the National Speed Skating Stadium to learn more about ice making and preparations for the test competition.
[Explanation] The National Speed Skating Stadium is the iconic venue for the Beijing Winter Olympics and the only new ice competition venue.
The venue will start the first ice making in early January 2021. To ensure that the quality of the ice surface meets the Winter Olympics standards, the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee's special ice maker Mark is invited to lead the domestic and foreign ice making teams to conduct joint ice making.

Our speed skating hall has completed the first ice making task on January 22 this year. In terms of the ice surface as a whole, we have successfully completed the first ice making task. From the quality of the ice surface to the overall operation, we are still During the testing phase, the overall ice surface quality has been approved by the chief ice maker Mark, and it can fully meet the requirements for the ice surface quality of the FOP area.
[Explanation] The National Speed Skating Stadium adopts a carbon dioxide transcritical direct cooling ice making system, and strives to create the "fastest ice". Carbon dioxide refrigerant is one of the environmentally friendly and sustainable refrigerants, and carbon emissions are approaching zero.
In order for athletes to perform best, the temperature control of the ice is also important.

We can realize ice making on the whole ice surface, and at the same time, the temperature can be controlled in different zones, and the temperature difference is very, very small. So in this case, we can ensure that we are very smooth and very smooth in the ice making process, and serve as the underside of the ice. The base requires very high accuracy during the construction process to ensure the smoothness of the ice surface.
[Explanation] As the only newly-built ice competition venue for the Beijing Winter Olympics, the National Speed Skating Stadium will focus on which aspects during the testing process. Cheng Shujie answered this.

As a newly-built stadium, the speed skating pavilion has a new physical space, including our ice surface, including all our equipment and facilities. This is our hardware aspect.
So as software, as the overall composition of the team, we come from the staff assigned by the Winter Olympics Organizing Committee, from the owner’s unit, from the local government, and related medical insurance, etc. All relevant forces are gathered in our team. Work together for our same goal.
An important purpose and goal of our testing activities is to temper our team's cooperation, coordination, and communication, including training our team.
