They met as late as last Saturday and on Wednesday night it was time again for Hammarby and Frillesås to settle in the Elite Series in bandy.

Then Frillesås surprisingly won 6-4, but this time Bajen would get revenge at home at Zinkensdamm.

And there was never really any talk about it.

Hammarby got off to a dream start when Ivan Lebedev made it 1-0 after 17 minutes of play.

Just six minutes later, the home team expanded before Frillesås got a reduction before the break.

But Hammarby grabbed the baton directly in the second half when Lebedev scored his second goal of the evening.

Just three minutes later, experienced Daniel Mossberg increased to 4-1 on penalties, his 13th goal of the season.

Two late goals gave a little nerve in the match but Hammarby won in the end with 5-4.

Despite the victory, Hammarby remains in 12th place in the table, now seven points ahead of Frillesås.

Edsbyn won the summit

At the same time, league leader Villa Lidköping suffered its second straight loss when they lost the summit against Edsbyn 4-2.

Villa led for a long time, however, but Edsbyn would equalize in the 78th minute through 20-year-old Ted Hedell who bombed in the equalizer.

In the 87th minute, Edsbyn then decided through Oskar Wikblad.

In extra time, Simon Jansson then set the final score at 4-2 to the reigning champions.
