The Superior Court of Justice of Madrid has ordered the annulment of the sentence of the Provincial Court that acquitted former soccer player Xabi Alonso of the commission of

It should be remembered that the Prosecutor's Office asked the former Real Madrid player for
a sentence of five years in prison
for three crimes against the Public Treasury committed in the years 2010, 2011 and 2012.
