Toyota's stable manager Jari-Matti Latvala is of course pleased with the stable's progress so far in the rally.

Even that his two drivers are fighting for the final victory, as it looks right now.

When seven of 15 distances are run.

- I'm really happy with my drivers so far.

Even though they both fight at the top, my feeling is that they work very well together, says Jari-Matti Latvala.

Third is Ott Tänak, 25 seconds behind Evans.

Solberg fifth in WRC2

For the Swedish part, Oliver Solberg is fifth in the WRC2 class.

Solberg had problems on Thursday, and they continued during Friday's initial stretches.

But Solberg came back strong - and had the third best time on the sixth special stage.

He was also in the lead on the seventh leg, when the leg was interrupted due to the crash of the Frenchman Pierre-Louis Loubet.

- We had a tough morning, where we went a little wrong with the car and got no flow in the driving.

But five in total is okay, but I want more, says Oliver Solberg to wrc.com
