Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Emirates Committee for Kite Surf, Rowing and Water Skiing, praised the efforts made by the Board of Directors of the Dubai International Marine Sports Club and the luminous imprint it makes in the history of marine sports, through its support for various sports and water games, including the sport of kite surf .

Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan said in a press statement: The technical and organizational success achieved by the Dubai Open Skateboarding Championship (Kite Surf) in its fourth edition, indicates the professional work and great experience of the Dubai Club.

He pointed out that the tournament attracted great interest from sports fans, especially after the increase in rounds and the approval of the general ranking points, which raises its shares and adds more lights to the event.

He said that the committee, through its continuous cooperation with the Dubai Club, is looking forward to developing and publishing various marine events and races that it supervises, including Kite Surf, and that there are other surprises.

Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, accompanied by the Director of the Racing Department at Dubai Club, Hazim Muhammad Al Qamzi, continued yesterday morning the start of the second round of the Dubai Kite Surf Championship, which ends today.

The first day witnessed the holding of multiple races in the Hydrofoil competitions for professional and amateur categories, citizens, women and juniors.

The date today will be with the open skills competitions (Free Style) and (Twin Tape) with the participation of the team's stars and elite professionals and amateurs residing in the Emirates.

The Dubai Kite Surf Championship ends its second round, today, with the (FreeStyle) and (Twin Tip) competitions.
