The Premier League allows to try "concussion changes"

The Premier League said it has agreed that teams will make permanent additional substitutions as a trial basis in concussion cases, following a shareholders' meeting on Wednesday.

The decision comes after the FIFA Council gave the green light to conduct "concussion changes" experiments last month.

The protocols will allow teams to make a maximum of two additional substitutions in the match when head injuries occur.

The experience allows additional switching in concussions regardless of the number of changes the team makes.

Earlier, the International Federation (FIFA) announced that it would test additional changes to the teams during the FIFA Club World Cup matches next month.
