Al-Ahly of Egypt announces the termination of the contract with Angolan Geraldo

Amir Tawfiq, director of contracts at Al-Ahly Club, announced the termination of Angolan player Geraldo da Costa's contract with the club by mutual consent and settlement of all financial matters between the two parties.

Amir Tawfiq said in statements to his club's official website today, Wednesday, that the player signed what was mentioned in the settlement memorandum.

He added, "At the same time, the coaching staff and the players bade farewell to the Angolan player, and Sayed Abdel Hafeez, the football director, thanked him for the time he spent in the club and contributed with his colleagues to achieving many local and continental championships."

Al-Ahly had registered Walter Bwalia on his local and African list after hiring him from El Gouna to replace Giraldo.
