The competitions in Leipzig were to be arranged on March 18-21, but have now been forced to make the decision to cancel.
The organizer writes the following in a press release:
"Due to the current pandemic and the uncertainty that exists at trade fairs and other events, it is not possible to make a plan for a safe event in the coming months."
The World Cup final in Gothenburg in connection with the Gothenburg Horse Show will be decided on March 31 through April 3, and will be saved by the International Equestrian Federation, which will contribute millions to save the competitions.
