"Recently, we have seen how the common superstructure in RF has gone further and further in the direction of acting" in the place of authority "instead of being the" sports federation "we need and deserve."

These harsh words come from the Swedish Ice Hockey Association's chairman Anders Larsson.

One who has read the chronicle is RF's chairman Björn Eriksson.

- I have read it once and am not finished with the analysis.

But I have perceived Anders' theme as that he is worried that RF will be too strong and controlling, and then he wants to make some changes, he says to SVT Sport.

How do you experience the winds blowing in the Swedish sports movement before the National Sports Meeting?

- I think there are different perceptions between small unions and large unions about what should be done and so on.

These are pretty harsh words from Anders Larsson anyway.

Do you think that RF is the sports federation they need and deserve?

- I think it's really about "what is sports?"

For sports, it is partly the traditional thing to train and compete.

But then we have another type of sport, such as parasport, sports parents, sports for children and exercise to reduce obesity, for example.

- Is it sports or something else?

It is the balance that is at stake, where sports mates may have slightly different perceptions of how those weights should be.

But it is probably a little difficult not to see ourselves as a social resource as well, because we should be involved when we talk about the movement for youth and other things.
