German team wins first victory in the "Bundesliga" in a year

Rising American Matthew Hope scored three goals (hat-trick) to lead his team Schalke to a long-awaited victory by beating Hoffenheim 4-0 today, Saturday, in the fifteenth stage of the German Football League.

Schalke 04 won their first victory since January 2020 and tasted victory for the first time in 30 games.

Through this victory, Schalke avoided the equivalent of a disastrous record recorded in the name of Tasmania Berlin, who played 31 games in the 1965/1966 season without achieving any victory.

In the rest of the matches, Freiburg defeated Cologne 5-0, Interracht Frankfurt beat Mainz 2-0, and Union Berlin drew 2/2 with Wolfsburg, Bayer Leverkusen and Werder Bremen 1/1.
