Despite the success of the veteran Spanish driver, Carlos Sainz, yesterday, in finishing the sixth round in first place, which spanned a length of 618 kilometers, Sainz's fastest timing, of 3 hours 38 minutes and 27 seconds, only helped him to maintain his third place in the general ranking of the rally , Trailing in the total of the six stages, 40 minutes and 39 seconds behind leaders Peterhansel, especially since the latter finished the sixth round in fourth place, seven minutes and 34 seconds behind the fastest time for Sainz.

Today, drivers are competing in the challenge of the seventh round of the rally, which has a total length of 737 kilometers, extending between Qaisumah and Hail, which is dominated by sand dunes.

The rally will be held in its current version until the 15th of this month, during which drivers go for 12 rides, with a total distance of more than 7,600 km.
