There were 14 union meeting representatives, representing 15 votes, who yesterday requested an extra annual meeting, but Kurtén says that even more have now been added.

- There is a history behind the mistrust.

It is that they did not step down in September at the annual meeting when they were not released from liability.

They have clung to the union and have disrupted our development and obstructed decisions.

They have not wanted to keep pace with what we in the rest of the movement in Sweden have done, says Kurtén.

- And the escalation was then the Swedish rally and it was the tip of the iceberg.

"Has not withheld any information"

He believes that the four board members did not tell the truth.

- When you do not present truths and have a dialogue, or present an opinion, that does not go hand in hand with our business partners, people realize that it destroys the Swedish motorsport brand, says Kurtén.

One of those who the union representatives consider should leave the board is Vice Chairman Urban Wahlberg, who, however, does not recognize himself in the criticism.

- We have not withheld any information at all.

All our operations are completely open.

Except in the case of pure business relationships where there may be confidential agreements.

But this is not something we on the board do.

It is in such cases in one of the companies that exist where he has business relations, says Urban Wahlberg to SVT Sport.
