At 1-1 at the beginning of the second half, VSK burned a penalty and missed the chance to put pressure on Edsbyn.

Ted Hedell was taken hard and felled, but lying in the air, he instead whipped in 2-1 for Edsbyn who could seize the initiative.

Oskar Wikblad was then nicely released in the deep by Robin Öhrlund and was able to put 3-1, which became too overwhelming for Västerås.

- I like to play in this hall even if there are no people in place.

We are strong over 90 minutes and VSK has shown that they were good at the beginning of the matches and we were happy to have 1-1 with us at half time, says Simon Jansson with a past in the cucumber in Aftonbladet's live broadcast.

But despite the fact that Edsbyn is tough and is fourth in the table, they miss the top in the runaway Russian professional Tuomas Määttä and it is something that rubs.

- We have wanted more and thought about how we can do it better.

I think we concede too many goals compared to last year.

We have a pretty good minimum level.

We want to be better in the offensive half of the field, Jansson continues.

VSK is chasing direct space in the quarter

Västerås is outside the direct seat to the quarterfinals and is located in the dense middle kingdom.

- It feels like we are making a good match.

I do not think 2-6 reflects the match.

They are a little hotter and get the penalties, but it is also a good team, says VSK's Rasmus Sjöström.

With an own goal by VSK (1-1) and two penalty goals at the end, 2-5 and 2-6 by Wikblad, it is easy to understand Sjöström's reasoning.
