In the statement signed by

, qualify as "
defamations and falsehoods
" the accusations made in social networks and the media where he referred to having received insults and humiliating treatment in a concentration.
As they point out, "
everyone is free to give their opinion
on their own experiences or the actions of third parties, but what cannot be consented to is insult, abusive comments, or the accusation of crimes and false facts."
Therefore they show "
absolute rejection and rejection of the facts
and accusations described."
The statement goes on to point out that the situation "is causing
serious damage to the prestige and image of the institution
and its professionals" and, in some cases, "psychological support is being required, given the seriousness of the facts and accusations described in the false accusations of this former athlete of the Spanish team ".
For all this, they demand "an
immediate rectification
of the insults and attacks on honor and image, the withdrawal of all those videos from social networks, as well as a public apology with the same means and level of dissemination as the vexations."
The signers of the communiqué emphasize that they have placed the matter "in the hands of the legal services and in the event that the rectification is not carried out in the next four days, the appropriate legal actions will be brought, both against the author and against her legal representatives. ".
In conclusion they recall that "the technical team of Gymnastics of the CAR of León and the Gymnastics Federation of Castilla y León
works with great effort, dedication and passion to achieve the best results from their athletes
, always respecting the protocols of the Spanish Federation and other official institutions ".
And they add that "
more than thirty athletes a year pass through the institution
