  The Chinese Football Association wrote: After three plenary meetings, the expert review team of the Chinese Football Association’s professional clubs issued a written reply to 58 Chinese Super League, Chinese League One, Chinese League Two and Chinese Premier League promotion clubs on January 8. The replies that met the requirements agreed. Those that do not meet the requirements shall explain the specific reasons to the club and request the club to change the name as soon as possible and then report again.

  In all application materials, more than 80% of clubs declared their names to meet the requirements of relevant documents.

A small number of clubs need to modify it again due to inaccurate understanding of the document requirements, or the declared name is connected with the club’s shareholder affiliated company.

In addition, individual clubs are carrying out relevant equity transfer work, and the club promises in writing that it will complete the transfer work in the near future, and once again submit materials that meet the requirements of a neutralized name.

  Prior to this, the Chinese Football Association had issued an announcement stating that it would organize experts in the fields of law, industry and commerce, and football culture to review the initial applications for neutral names submitted by various clubs.

Judging from the submitted materials, most of the club names applied for meet the document requirements and reflect the regional culture and characteristics.
