The "incident of spitting" threatens the Egyptian player Al Moukawloon with harsh penalties

The Egyptian El Mokawloon team player, Ahmed El-Shimi, has been threatened with harsh penalties by the Disciplinary Committee of the Confederation of African Football, after he committed a disgraceful and immoral behavior towards the ruling of his team’s match in the Confederation of African Football (Confederation) against the Sahel team.

The incident occurred immediately after the end of the match, when the player spat on Moroccan referee Noureddine Al-Jaafari, expressing his protest against the referee's penalty for a penalty kick, with ES Sahel scoring the winning goal 2-1.

With this, the star qualified for the 32nd additional round, which qualified for the group stage in the (Confederation) championship, after winning in the last moments over its guest Al Mokawloon.

Etoile Sahel advanced with the goal of carrying the signature of Ivorian Soleimani Coulibaly in the 22nd minute, but Tunisian Seif Eddine Jaziri scored the equalizer for the Mokawloon in the 51st minute.

In the 89th minute, the star scored his second goal through Coulibaly from a penalty kick, to continue the Tunisian team's campaign in the competition, taking advantage of a 0-0 draw in the first-leg match that took place in the Egyptian capital Cairo two weeks ago.

Despite the player's apology, he is still under threat, especially since the African Union opened the file of the incident, to determine later the penalties expected against him.
