It started really well for Linköping at home against Brynäs.

Two goals by Max Lindroth sent the LHC into the lead with 2-0 after just ten minutes.

The team also won the shots with a full 16-3 in the first period.

But the jumbo from Gävle caught up and passed.

After a psychologically important 3-2 goal with only 23 seconds left of the second period, it was finally a 4-2 victory.

Linköping is admittedly ahead of Brynäs in the table, but now "only" with two points despite having played five more matches.

- The feeling is that we do very good things, but somehow we manage to lose this one as well.

I think we play very well today, but we manage to do it again.

Hockey is about scoring points and we are doing far too badly right now, says team captain Jonas Junland.

"Not easy to sleep"

How frustrating is it to be in this seat?

- Most of all, I would like to cry for a week and think it was a pain in the ass, but that does not work but we have to make sure what gets better.

There are an awful lot of matches left.

- We live for this and the press is something that you have learned to live with.

Then, when it's your own hometown and we play at a failed level, then it's not the easiest thing to sleep every night.

I go and ponder quite a lot, but had I not done so I would have been damn worried.

"Should I lie?"

Do you feel that there will be an extra burden on your shoulders?

- Should I lie or be honest?

Lol.

Of course, absolutely, I do.

I need feedback and help too, but this is something that we as a team must help each other through.

We have to push each other forward.

You have changed coaches.

What has that meant for your team?

- So far nothing, we continue to lose.

But we are not pointing the finger at anyone here, we as a team have underperformed and we must correct that now.
