PSV completed an open training on Wednesday with an almost fully fit selection in the run-up to Sunday's top match against Ajax.

Of the potential basic players, only Mario Götze was missing from the group training.

Götze completed an individual program at De Herdgang.

The German midfielder is expected to be fit in time to be part of the match selection on Sunday.

Marco van Ginkel trained fully again.

The midfielder, who has not played for 2.5 years due to a serious injury, recently said that he can quickly make his comeback.

Eran Zahavi, Ryan Thomas, Érick Gutiérrez and Mauro Júnior also completed the entire training on Wednesday.

The quartet struggled before the short winter break with injuries.

The training, which was only open to the press, still lacked the youngsters Armando Obispo and Yorbe Vertessen.

Maxi Romero is out for the rest of the season with a serious knee injury.

PSV will play against Ajax in the Johan Cruijff ArenA on Sunday at 4.45 pm.

The leader from Amsterdam has one point ahead of the Eindhoven team after fourteen matches.

Three days after the top match, PSV has another home game against AZ on the program.
