"Hakone Ekiden" competes against universities in the Kanto region.
The return race started at 8 am at the entrance to the Ashinoko parking lot in Hakone.
The return trip is 109.6km, 5 sections to the front of the Yomiuri Shimbun in Otemachi, Tokyo.
