And the time for sport is rather short.

In spite of or because of the challenging Corona year, you were just really in good shape.

And that can mean very different things for the individual.

In any case, most of them have one thing in common: They want to really enjoy the holidays, just switch off, not scourge themselves, but without losing too much their built-up shape.

Or at least without a guilty conscience.

So what tips, tricks and information are there for the Christmas season?

Two experts provide the answers: sports scientist and trainer Stephan Schepe and Caroline Rauscher.
