Named eight biathletes who will be part of the Russian national team for the January stages of the WC

As reported on the website of the Russian Biathlon Union (RBU), the women's team will include Irina Kazakevich, Svetlana Mironova, Evgenia Pavlova and Ulyana Kaisheva.

Among men, the honor of the country will be defended by Alexander Loginov, Matvey Eliseev, Yevgeny Garanichev and Eduard Latypov.

Six more biathletes will be selected according to the RBU selection criteria.

In January, there will be two stages in Oberhof (January 8-10 and January 13-17) and one in Anterselva (January 21-24).
