Eleven year old Charlie Woods enchants the golf world.
At his first major tournament, little Woods showed at the side of his 44-year-old father Tiger that he too has mastered the art of golf brilliantly and that he has copied a lot from his father.
There was no sense of nervousness on the first day of the PNC Championship in Orlando on Saturday - and not because at the age of eleven he is already used to being in the public eye: Tiger Woods usually keeps his family out of the public eye as much as possible.
Team Woods, both stylishly out on the course in purple shirts and black trousers, ranks sixth after round one of the traditional family tournament at the classy Ritz-Carlton Golf Club with 62 strokes.
In advance, a training video of the two had received applause on social networks.
Now they are also convincing at the tournament: sporty and easy as a father-son team.

"This is the first tournament where Tiger Woods is playing and he's not the star of the show," remarked Europe's Ryder Cup captain Padraig Harrington, who competes in Florida with his son Patrick (17).

I'm just making sure Charlie has the time of his life.
And he has, ”said the 15-time major champion proudly.
Bernhard Langer won four times
Germany's golf legend Bernhard Langer (63) is also playing in Orlando again - this time with his daughter Jackie (34).
After the first day, Team Langer ranks twelfth with 63 strokes.
The two-time Masters winner had already won the tournament four times with his sons - last year for the second time after 2014 with Jason and before that twice (2005 and 2006) with Stefan.
At the event in Florida that has become known as the father-son tournament, the rules have been adjusted over time so that daughters are also allowed, grandfathers can play with grandchildren or granddaughters, or professionals can play with one parent.
Participation is open to golfers who have won either a major or the Players Championship.
