Every day, Anicet Mbida makes us discover an innovation that could well change the way we consume.

This Thursday, he is interested in a food invention for vegan, it is an artificial milk made exclusively in the laboratory.

The innovation of the day is milk without cows.

A few weeks ago, Anicet Mbida mentioned real / fake meat designed in a laboratory without any animal exploitation (vegan meat).

This Thursday, he does it again with real milk but without a cow.

Vegan milk, but with exactly the same proteins as cow's milk.

Not a soy, almond or rice based substitute.

This means that we can make butter, cream, yogurts… and especially cheese, which changes everything for vegans.

Because there are very good substitutes for yogurt or cream.

But for cheeses, we are still very far from it.

Besides, it's not very good.

Just ask the new converts to veganism.

With this real / fake milk, you can have mozzarella on your pizza, Parmesan in your pasta and a small wedge of Camembert with your salad.

All this without having touched a single cow.

And with minimal impact on the environment, since it is a milk entirely designed in the laboratory.

Are these products that are already on the market?

That's it, they're finally coming out of the labs.

The Israelis of Remilk, for example, have just received a large funding which should allow them to launch the commercialization from the beginning of 2021.

They are not the only ones.

There are also the Australians from Change Foods, the Americans from New Culture or the Germans from Legendairy Foods.

But the Israelis believe they are the first to hit the market.

Why such an interest ?

Because this milk can, very simply, be synthesized without Lactose and without cholesterol.

It is therefore also of interest to all intolerant to cow's milk.

So, expect to see new milk substitutes on the shelves very soon.

And this time, they will be larger than life.
