Al-Junaibi explained: “Many are ignorant of the committee’s work mechanism. Adel Al-Junaibi continued: “Article 17, Paragraph (D) of the Discipline Regulations stipulated that the referees’ report shall be authentic in relation to accidents that occurred in the stadium, and the committee may consider the match observer’s report or any other reports, and Article 17, paragraph (c) of the regulation The discipline stipulated that the basic principle regarding the facts included in the official reports of the match officials is that they are correct, and whoever claims otherwise is to present evidence that they are incorrect.

Al-Junaibi explained: “The Disciplinary Committee relied on issuing its penalty on the match referee’s report, which explicitly indicated in its report that the player had deliberately collided with him, and whoever claims otherwise must present evidence that it is incorrect, as stipulated in the article, and the Discipline and Appeals Committees are not entitled to Discussing the ruling in his report or questioning it, according to the text of the regulations.

Adel Al-Junaibi stressed that the Football Association does not issue or change the regulations in force on its own, but rather conducts workshops annually to discuss these regulations, and in the presence of representatives of the clubs members of the General Assembly, which adopts at its meeting the amendments to be agreed upon in these workshops .

He called on clubs to study these regulations well, and to propose amendments that they deem appropriate and serve Emirati football.
