[Explanation] In order to resolutely curb the "Golden Dollar Football" and investment bubbles, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of Chinese professional clubs and leagues, the Chinese Football Association announced at the 2020 Chinese Football Professional League Special Governance Work Conference held in Shanghai on December 14 The "2021-2023 Super League Club Financial Agreed Indicators", which can be called the "enhanced" new salary limit regulation.

According to the rules on the salary limit for first-team players, first-team players refer to players who have signed up for the Chinese Super League (excluding reserve teams or U23 leagues).

The individual salary of domestic players of the Chinese Super League club's first team in a single season shall not exceed RMB 5 million before tax; the average salary of domestic players of the club's first team in a single season shall not exceed RMB 3 million per person before tax; the personal salary of foreign players of the club shall not exceed tax in a single season The first 3 million euros; the total salary of the club's foreign players in a single season shall not exceed 10 million euros before tax; the salary of the national team players shall be implemented according to the above-mentioned limit, and no additional 20% will be added.

It is reported that all clubs will implement the above-mentioned requirements from January 1, 2021.

If the rules are violated, the Chinese Football Association has also made corresponding penalties, including deduction of league points, relegation, and player suspension.

Regarding the “enhanced version” of the new salary limit regulation, which will cause the loss of some big-name stars, which will affect the appreciation of the Chinese Super League, Chen Xuyuan, chairman of the Chinese Football Association, said that the new salary limit will definitely affect some big-name stars, but the league’s appreciation will increase It basically lies in the skills and tactics of a team, the degree of running-in of domestic and foreign players, and the management of the club.

I think we are at a critical time. After the Chinese Football Association introduces a salary limit and a limited penetration rate, it will definitely arouse great repercussions.

I also estimate that there will be a period of "labor pain", including some impact on the league.

But I think that for a healthy tomorrow, the price we paid today, after such a "throttle" period, Chinese football will definitely usher in a new situation of more healthy development.

[Explanation] At the meeting that day, the Chinese Football Association also issued the "Notice on the implementation of non-corporate change of club names in professional leagues at all levels", the notice required that the official name of clubs registered in the industrial and commercial sector should be standardized as: administrative division + club name + football Club + corporate organization form, in which the length of the club name does not exceed four Chinese characters, and it must not contain the name, trade name or brand name of any shareholder, shareholder-related party or actual controller of the club.

If your name is corporate, it is the name of the investor, the investor will change, because the investment behavior of the investor has changed the name of the club, we should not have this situation, so this name is not an enterprise Transformation is conducive to the inheritance of football culture.
