There were ten top ten places in twelve World Cup competitions last season.

That was enough for a fifth place in the overall World Cup, by far the best season of her career.

- I'm super tagged.

It's really going to be fun to see what I can do.

I feel in good shape and I have also shown that in all fitness tests, says Edebo.

Career-wise, she took a giant step forward last year.

This year it will be even better.

But perhaps the most difficult competitor in the entire World Cup she has in her own team, namely Sandra Näslund.

- She is incredibly good at what she does.

I see it as a great opportunity to learn from her and see what I slip behind to be able to move on, says Edebo.

Näslund is injured, but aims for a comeback when the World Cup in Idre, 20-24 January.

Uncertain season

It has changed a lot when it comes to the ski cross competitions in the World Cup.

Three competitions have been canceled, three have been moved and there will certainly be more changes in the future.

But Edebo that it will be a whole season.

- Maybe a little less competitions, a little more restrictions but we can only prepare for that to happen.

You can not do the opposite, not to prepare and then suddenly it happens.

What are your goals this season?

- To become the best skier I can become and to achieve my full sporting potential both as an athlete and as a person, says Edebo.
