Joshua drops Boliv and prepares for the awaited Fury fight

Boxer Anthony Joshua expressed his desire to unify all heavyweight titles, in a British confrontation with Tyson Fury next Wednesday, after his deserved victory on Saturday by knocking out the Bulgarian Cuprat Pulif at the Wembley Arena in London.

In front of only a thousand spectators, in light of the restrictions imposed due to the outbreak of the new Corona virus, Joshua tried not to repeat his sudden loss in his first match with American Andy Ruiz Jr. in 2019, so he succeeded in dominating the 39-year-old Bulgarian.

All eyes will now be focused on a possible showdown between Joshua and Fury, the World Boxing Council champion "WBC", in 2021.

Joshua, 31, said to the audience, "I'm ready for anything. Who would like to see Anthony Joshua boxing Tyson Fury in 2021?"

"I started this sport in 2013, and I've been chasing belts (titles) since then," he said.

Joshua has the titles of the International Boxing Association (IBF), the World Boxing Association (WBA) and the World Boxing Organization (WBO).

Boliv had lost one time in his career against Ukrainian Vladimir Klitschko in 2014 for 28 wins, but Joshua outperformed him and almost settled the match in the third round, before he succeeded in that in the ninth, expelling his opponent in the ring and raising his tally to 24 wins for one loss.

An agreement had been reached at the beginning of this year between Hoshwa and Fiore to engage in a head-to-head fight.

Fury, 32, expressed his desire to fight, "I want to fight, I want the next match."

"I will defeat him in three rounds," said Fury, who has not played a match since defeating American Deontay Wilder in February.
