Tomorrow, the World Cup in biathlon continues with a sprint in the Austrian Hockfilzen.

On the starting line is a Swede who impressed a lot the first two weeks in Kontiolahti.

Elvira Öberg started with a fourth place in the distance race and took the first podium of her career when she finished third in the sprint.

Biggest difference: Skiing

Two days later, she had to step on the podium again.

That is when the Swedish ladies, with Elvira Öberg on the third leg, secured the first relay victory in ten years.

- It's absolutely fantastic.

I can not be more than very pleased with my introduction.

To be fifth in the overall World Cup after two weeks, I really had not counted on.

It's awesome.

I have a hard time saying so much more than that I am super happy, says Elvira Öberg to SVT Sport.

The 21-year-old believes that the reason for the start of the season is better skiing.

- I go much faster this year.

I have trained well and become stronger and faster on the track.

Then I got it out at a competition and that is the absolute biggest difference to the fact that this year I am high on the results lists.

"Always want to do myself justice"

This week the focus has been on recovery ahead of the competitions in Hochfilzen.

Only today did the national team run a harder workout to get the bodies going.

Elvira Öberg has a hard time saying whether the form from the competitions in Kontiolahti has been preserved or not.

- It is always difficult to decide before you stand on the starting line, how it will feel.

But I hope I managed to keep the shape decent.

It's a bit special with how we travel and when we get started and train again.

Despite the fact that she has had to step up on the podium on two occasions this season, it is not in the placements that the goal is.

- It is clear that I know where I want to end up in the results list, you always want to be on the podium.

But this is biathlon and I think if you think too much about placements, it becomes difficult to stay focused on the right things.

I want to do good races and do myself justice, that's always the case.
