Despite the fact that the lottery now still fell on Spain and World Cup qualifying group B, expert Daniel Nannskog believes that Janne Andersson can benefit from previous meetings when there are qualifying matches against the world champion from 2010.

- We have met Spain in a European Championship qualifier in two matches recently, it means a lot and now Janne knows what to expect.

He can go back and see what needs to be done right, says Nannskog.

During the European Championship qualifiers in 2019, Sweden lost the away match against Spain 3-0 but was extremely close to victory at home.

A late equalizer by the guests gave the final result 1-1.

Now the Spaniards are waiting both in the European Championships, and in the qualifiers for the World Cup in Qatar 2022.

Nannskog's words about the group opponents

Spain:

A class team, extremely ball-skilled but not only rolls around the ball as much now but wants to come to an end earlier.

Now the ball does not roll for all eternity before they come to an end.

When they last defeated Germany, they play the perfect match you can get.

Greece:

They are in a generational change and have started playing with younger players and moved away from the defensive Greece that we got to know when they won the European Championship.

They have a new coach who stands for an offensive football with more ball possession.

Georgia:

A national team that lacks big profiles but still a long away match to go to.

Considering how we have played against the smaller nations in recent times, this should be a team that Sweden can beat.

Kosovo:

In Kosovo there are a lot of players who played or play in the Allsvenskan, including Ibrahim Drecevic and Arber Zeneli who previously played in Elfsborg.

Anel Raskai, who Janne Andersson previously trained in Halmstad, is also part of Kosovo's squad.
