Villa Lidköping is seen by many as the big favorite for the Swedish Championship gold.

In Vetlanda, they once again showed why.

After 12-2 in the last match against Bollnäs, Villa struck again with double figures when Vetlanda was defeated by a full 10-1.

Already after three minutes, Cristoffer Edlund was able to put 1-0 for Villa.

Vetlanda then equalized in the twelfth minute, but then it was a fun end for the home team.

"It was stable"

When the referee blew for the halftime break, it was 5-1 on the scoreboard, and when the match was over, Villa had made five more in the second half.

- It was stable, then I do not really know with 5-1 at the break, says Cristoffer Edlund in Aftonbladet's broadcast.

Neither Johan Löfstedt nor Felix Pehrson, who had a nasty accident against Bollnäs, were present for Villa Lidköping.

Then several younger players got the chance;

Albin Thomsen, Alexander Karlgren, Theo Lewerin and Albin Thomsen.

Tributes to the younger players

The latter scored the 2-1 goal on a bomb, and the younger guard was hailed by Edlund.

- They are very good.

They are with us in training every day so we in the team know that they are, but it is fun that the bandy audience can see them, says Edlund.

Edlund does not want to speculate on whether Villa is the big favorite for the Swedish Championship gold this spring.

- We feel very safe.

We have a lot of good players and it looks good.

Then we know that there will be another level in the playoffs and many teams switch up there, but we feel good.
