They discussed that the driver will not take action in the next race.
Grosjean will be replaced next weekend at the GP of Sakhir by the Brazilian debutant Pietro Fittipaldi.
A week later, the final race is held in Abu Dhabi.
A few weeks ago it was announced that the 34-year-old driver will have to leave Haas at the end of the season, just like his teammate Kevin Magnussen.
It is still unknown who will form the team's driver duo in 2021.
