Erling Haaland helped Borussia Dortmund on Saturday in the Bundesliga with four goals to a 2-5 win over Hertha BSC.

Bayern Munich lost points for the first time in twelve years against Werder Bremen (1-1) and Peter Bosz won despite a huge blunder from his keeper with Bayer Leverkusen.

Dortmund was still halfway behind Hertha by a goal from Matheus Cunha, but after the break, Haaland brought his team to a 1-3 lead in just over fifteen minutes with a flawless hat-trick.

Raphaël Guerreiro then expanded the margin further, after which Cunha returned something from a penalty on behalf of the home team.

Haaland secured the final agreement eleven minutes before time and brought his goal total to ten in this Bundesliga season.

In the final phase, Youssoufa Moukoko made his debut for Dortmund.

At sixteen years and one day, the German top talent became the youngest player ever in the Bundesliga.

The record was held by Nuri Sahin, who was 16 years and 335 days old at his first performance.

Bayern suffers a rare loss of points against Werder

In Munich, thanks to a goal just before half time from Maximilian Eggestein, Werder could even hope for the first victory over Bayern since 2008, but it did not come to that.

Kingsley Coman took care of the tying run after the break.

On September 11, 2010, Bayern-Werder ended goalless and in the nineteen subsequent mutual Bundesliga meetings, the victory was always for the German record champion.

Bayern lost points for the second time this season.

The team of coach Hansi Flick is still in the lead, partly because RB Leipzig did not get further than a 1-1 visit to Eintracht Frankfurt later in the day.

Yussuf Poulsen saved one point.

Bosz's Leverkusen is also doing well at the top for the time being.

'Die Werkself' beat Arminia Bielefeld 1-2 at the last minute - Aleksandar Dragovic scored just before time - and has one point less than Bayern.

Lukás Hrádecky in particular will be happy with Dragovic's goal, as the Leverkusen keeper was responsible for the 1-1 early in the second half with a huge blunder.

He completely missed out on a back pass.

Weghorst scores, Schalke's bizarre series continues

Behind the summit, Wolfsburg is in fifth place.

Spits Weghorst put his team against the errant Schalke 04 with his fourth season goal at 0-1 in the third minute and saw teammate Xaver Schlager take care of the 0-2 final score.

The result means that Schalke has been waiting for a win for 24 Bundesliga games.

It is the longest defenseless series ever at the highest German level.

Furthermore, the meeting between Borussia Mönchengladbach and FC Augsburg did not result in a winner (1-1) and Hoffenheim-VfB Stuttgart also ended in a draw: 3-3.
